| FEC 226 winds through St. Augustine on a thick, humid morning with lease power in the lashup. These days you never know what lashups are going to show up on the FEC. This particular consist have one of the leased SD70M-2's from CITX and one of the first dynamic brake equipped locomotives #431 purchased by the FEC in 1986. On my way back, my jeep turned 280,000 miles. |
