| RSD12 #2958 sits on temporary track laid on top of concrete in the Southern Pacific's small Bull Ring Yard near downtown Los Angeles. Behind the RSD12 is one of SP's U50s (9952) and a U25B (6721). RSD12 #2958 would actually survive this time on the deadline. It was sold to Metropolitan Stevedore, who then donated it to Orange Empire Railway Museum, where it resides today.
