| What do you do when steam locomotive parts have not been made in over 50 years? If you are a lucky Chief Mechanical Officer, there is a donor locomotive on the property. Well, poor ole' 3377 is Steamtown's donor. Even though she is younger, she is suppling parts so that older sister 3254 may live. Here you really can see the "vestibule" or "all-weather " cab that was SO necessary in those -50 degree Canadian National Northern Ontario District winters. |
