It’s a cold blustery winter day in Chicago (is there any other kind?) but the sun is shining and the finish is gleaming on this venerable product of the J G Brill factory of Philadelphia. It’s January 1942 and the United States has just joined in World War II so that paint will have to last quite a while. Sadly, the photographer is unidentified.
