| Viewed rambling slowly along seldom used trackage, Union Pacific's LJL41 local arrives at Lehi at the end of the 13 mile Provo Industrial Lead. Today's GP15-1 pair will run around their six car train while ducking under Interstate 15 running parallel to busy State Street. Until October of 1985, this was Union Pacific's mainline between Provo and Salt Lake City, superseded by trackage rights acquired along the parallel D&RGW. |
