| LS&I had already bought a number of BN U30C's to replace the Alco's and older U-boats when I shot this photo of 2301 lashed up to a RSD15 at Eagle Mills. If You look closely a 3000 series Ex BN boat can be seen on a track going into the shop behind the 2301. This unit only had a few weeks of service left, but it still looks great in its clean red paint. |
