| SEPTA #2120 is turning from Oregon Ave. onto 11th St. for another Northbound run on the #23 line. At this time, the #23 was only operating from 10th & Bigler to Erie Ave. due to construction on Germantownb Ave. Full service would resume but by 1992, the #23 was "temporarily" converted to bus. To date, it remains bus. #2120 would later end up with Miner Rail Car Company in Iowa. |
