The LaGrange Switcher covers former Seaboard Coast Line and Atlanta & West Point joint terminal duties at this location. This west central Georgia location has long been a source of good business for both railroads, not to mention an active interchange location. In 2010, A&WP trains from Montgomery, AL access former SCL tracks in LaGrange and operate into Manchester, GA, all with one crew.
