| I got to spend a few months in Little Rock and found a shortline paradise even in those days. RELCO was one of the few leasers in those days. Back in the 50s, when the anthracite industry tanked they picked up a plethora of ex-D&H Alcos which probably didn't have a lot of hours of use. |
