| A fine winter morning finds Albany Port Railroad #13, "The Don Z," parked along Smith Boulevard near the railroad's offices. The APD is jointly owned by CSX and CPR and exists solely to serve rail customers in its namesake city's port; #13 has since been renamed the "Jack Neff." Scanned from Ektachrome 100. |
