My first encounter with CP on the St Thomas sub, as the empty Frame train also known as the Sprint Train works its way down the branchline through the OSR interchange. CP 8238 and 8237 are the set on this train while another set of GP9u's accompany it's loaded counterpart, CP 142. In August 2008, this Just-On-Time train will be discontinued and pieced out on other freights to be set off in Woodstock where the yard job would take the cars down the line. Today frame cars are no longer seen on the St Thomas sub and effective December 14, 2009, CP no longer will either. Instead, Ontario Southland Railway will lease the line and take over all current operations.
