FEC 101 rolls slowly through a work order speed restriction during a deluge in a thunderstorm. Heavy rainfall in thunderstorms is common during the tropical summer months and this storm produced about 2-3 inches of rain in one hour. MOW crews, out of sight here are still working even in the weather.
