Remarks & Notes

The Huckleberry Railroad's excursion train emerges from the Michigan woods and enters the railroad's East Loop near Milepost 4. The Huckleberry is fairly unique among tourist railroads in that it has turning loops at both ends of the line. There are no time-consuming run-arounds and the locomotive is always running forward. The result is a very pleasant train ride....and a pretty picture too!
