| A battery of 'flat irons' stand at Valeciennes depot in northern France with Bo-Bo No BB-13033 nearest the camera and Co-Co No 14102 on the right. I believe there were a total of 323 of these 'Monocabine' locos built in 1954-61 comprising 148 BB-12000 series, 53 BB-13000 series, 20 CC-14000 series and 102 BB-14100 series. They were the first 25kv electrics built to run in France. |
