| A billion dollars worth of power plant upgrading goes on in the foreground as a CP train makes its way up Shortline Hill, an unusual detour on account of bridgework on the regular route. Xcel Energy is converting the High Bridge Power Plant to natural gas - I wonder if the scrap of the old plant will go out via rail? |
