| West is east and east is west; west end of siding is direction east, but in ATSF parlance since it's 'away' from Chicago, it's railroad west. Anyway, this was back in the days of Locotrol, so there is an SD40-2 and another C30-7 shoving 2/3 back. We lived for shots like these back then, knowing in our gut that the merger wouldn't go through.... |
