| NS 439, an empty coal train from Ludlowville, NY, heads back to the Powder River Basin. This is the first time I've seen or heard of a Powder River Basin coal train on the Southern Tier Line - most coal trains come off the Monongahela or, on occasion, the Pocahontas Division. |
