| Racing east through the frozen sagebrush, a KOAMN enters the short canyon east of Golconda. On the left, one can barely make out Amtrak #5 charging west into Golconda on the former SP main. Below that lies the former CPRR right of way, which is now in part used for Nevada SR 789. |
