| BNSF 9670 hits sunlight and fresh air as it exits the Mullan Tunnel and crests the Continental Divide. Behind them, black clouds of exhaust begin emit from the tunnel. Although this smoke show is nowhere near some of the legendary ones I've seen in photos, when the mid-train helpers came out, they brought with them an exhaust cloud so thick that it nearly blotted out the sun! Truly one of the most impressive shows I've witnessed. |
