| Remarks: Heavy snow begins to fall as the Jordan Ditcher works their way north out of Grafton. The ditcher will work all the way to Jackson, MN on this trip over the next 5 days. Heavy winds have pretty much blown the Owatonna and Jackson Subs back in. With more wind expected in a few days it might be a losing battle as winter wears on? |
