| On seeing the excellent photo by Matthew Wilson (Photo id 268229) of a Midland Mainlne HST at the former Midland station at Nottingham I thought members might like to see a shot taken 75 years earlier almost in the same spot. The Former Midland Railway Johnson 0-4-4T is waiting on one of the through roads with empty carriages for a Mansfield train in 1934. From a quarter-plate glass neg by the late T.G.
