| Its a beautiful spring morning for a steam-powered photo charter in Bucks County, PA but for a few minutes a new addition to the New Hope & Ivyland roster has the attention of a few photographers. What was once considered "big power" on the Union Pacific roster as the 9531, this GE C30-7 is getting a new chance at life on a small eastern tourist/shortline. Almost three years later this same locomotive is seen in this photo taken by Geoff Brozny getting yet another chance to prove itself on the Ohio Central system in central Ohio despite faded paint, mismatched numberboards, etc. |
