| While storm clouds drift over the Salt Lake Valley, power for Utah Railway's RUT312 local prepares to head north to serve the SLGW Railway and the Phillips-Conoco refinery at Woods Cross. The small building at right is the Utah's yard office, built by the D&RGW back in the early 1960s. |
