Remarks & Notes
The ex-SP Mina Branch, which the UP still calls the Mina sub even though it no longer goes anywhere near Mina, is for the most part a lonely and desolate operation. The south end of the line is now owned by the U. S. Government and serves an ammunition depot near Thorne. Between the mainline at Hazen and Wabuska the UP still serves a few customers.
