| The Rainbow DTC block on the ARR's south end is definitely living up to its name this afternoon as a northbound extra freight movement skirts the Turnagain arm. In the distance, blowing sand and mist from the tidal flats of the Arm have created an impressive rainbow against the Chugach Mountains to the south. |
