| An empty coal train out of Cedar Rapids rolls back east towards Peoria as they past the ex-Rock Island depot at West Liberty. The IAIS purchase the 400 from the Chrome Crankshaft in 1988. This unit started its life as the Rock Island #1275 in 1952 with a high short hood. |
