| In the spirit of L&N Pacific 295 and former operator W.A. Fravret, RJ Corman QJ 2008 enters "home rails" also known as the Old Road Sub from CSX at the former site of the famed HK Tower. This is the first 50 feet of Corman steam on her own railroad in revenue freight service. This is the first time the "Old Road" has seen steam since the mid-80's with L&N 152 and the first time mainline steam has been in Kentucky since the NS Steam Program in 1994. The Corman crew did an outstanding job putting on a remarkable show! |
