Iowa, Chicago & Eastern flood detour down from Savanna, Illinois is coming off the BNSF's Barstow sub and onto the Rock Island Industrial at Barstow, Illinois. This day started out like crud, with news that the train would not arrive until after dark. What we did not know was another detour train was ahead of the train we waited for.
