| Remarks & Notes |
| I decided to spend the day fanning at the NH platform in New Haven. Little did I know that later that day President Truman would be making a stump speech for Adlai Stevenson at this location. In this view, The Senator pulls into the platforms. The train was a joint NH-PRR run from Boston to DC, and since it was scheduled out of Boston around lunchtime, we can assume it is early afternoon at New Haven. |
