| Two mechanics are working on the switch point, branching of the new Lötschberg base tunnel line from the Rhone valley line near Visp. Since June 2007 the trains are racing with 160 km/h over this switch. In the background you can see the track going over the Rhone bridge into the new Lötschberg tunnel towards Frutigen. |
