| Q380-07 passes outlawed coal train N859-07 during the height of the worst snowstorm to strike the Cleveland area this winter. 12 of inches of snow have fallen at this point with four more to follow. It would be several hours before the outlawed crew was picked up by Q108. Before the 108 could continue east its crew had to tie down the coal drag, because the outlawed crew didn't have time to do it before their hours were up. |
