| Standard doubledeck Intercity train "IC 2000" of Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) with locomotive Re 460 (6100 kW, 230 km/h). In this configuration with 9 cars the train has nearly 900 seats in first and second class, a small baggage compartment, a restaurant car and a children's playground.
IC 822 runs from Romanshorn on the Lake of Constanze across Switzerland and through the new Lötschberg base tunnel to Brig (Valais). |
