At a location where Amtrak trains barrel by, this Amtrak Texas Eagle #21 sits, crippled in Lockport. Judging by how the conductor was looking under the engine, I'm assuming there was a problem with 186. Shortly after this photo was taken, the train moved very slowly towards Joliet.
