| The southbound Crescent arrives in downtown Birmingham for its station stop. The track on which the train is running and the one right next to it are CSX (former L&N) tracks; all the other tracks in the photo belong to NS. The CSX rails are the only ones adjacent to the station platform, thus necessitating their use by the Crescent. |
