| 'Tagged,' 'patched' and faded -- this road-weary former SD45 is undoubtedly rough on the outside, but it was still grinding out the revenue miles for its latest owner in the spring of 2007. To accurately replicate this locomotive in miniature, a modeler would need to apply Southern Pacific paint and lettering followed by strategically placed Union Pacific emblems and road numbers, then reproduce the freehand graffiti and finish with lots of weathering! |
