At the east end of BNSF's Eola Yard, two non-BNSF trains are at work. Outbound Metra 188 heads to its termination a couple miles west, while EJ&E 668 awaits clearance to enter the J's home track. EJ&E 668 was, when delivered, selected to serve as the J's Bicentennial unit. Over 30 years later, it still appears in pretty good condition.
