| This unit began life over 40 years ago with the Pennsylvania Railroad as PRR 6080 in March of 1966.The unit was later renumbered PC 6080, & with the formation of Conrail in 1976 became CR 6333. In 1993 after undergoing a rebuild to dash 2 specifications it was renumbered to CR 6987, & finally to NS 3441 in 1999. |
