On the day of the UP/SP merger, this Avondale to Houston manifest train splits the intermediate signals at Des Allemands with 9 motors: 7833, 7825, 7849, 7857, 7865, 7789, 7762, 7795, and 7445. With 121 cars, all 8 of the GE's are on-line!
