Remarks:
The engineer releases the safety brake in preparation for getting underway Eastbound. The train had stopped and tied down after spotting a broken rail. This train and another immediately behind were delayed several hours and restricted to 'walking speed" across the break. The engineering crew was called in to supervise train movement over the break until it was clear to begin repairs.
