Remarks: NS 9028 and sister 6721 sit in the sun, after laying over for the night, during the huge snowstorm which brought approximately another 2 feet of white stuff.
Remarks: Arrêt, for the crossing, as CN 7268 and remote kin work in drawbar deep snow at locations in Taschereau Yard. This storm really hit us hard, bringing all operations to a crawl
Remarks: In perfect sunset light, the mighty 181, along with its train, is stopped at the West switch of the mainline, to perform some switching in the yard. This shot is dedicated to Brad Jolliffe, and the crew of the Turn that day, who provided me lotsa expert advice, and puts a good end to my course in Toronto, and now to go to Montreal with CN!
