Remarks: The 203 departs Knoxville with a Three Rivers Rambler Christmas Express excursion. With the cloud situation being what it was, I 'pulled a Nick McLean' (photo 279950) and shot this trestle from the north side of the tracks; I would have been shooting straight into the sun had it been out.

Remarks: A82 approaches Town Creek with a nice 'old school' consist and 139 cars for Sheffield yard. To the left of the lead unit, in the distance across the field, steam rises from International Paper's Courtland mill, a significant NS customer in the area.
