We lucked into catching the last two days of Cumbres & Toltec's engineers school. They were using K-36 class #484 pulling 9 freight cars and a caboose seen here a couple miles west of Los Pinos.
After shoving the 'road' train onto the south leg of the wye at Bowersville, engineer Eddie grabs a pair of GP35's to move storage cars off of the main so we could continue south to Elberton.
