Remarks: Restoration progresses at a good pace in the LSRM's shop restoring former WC 7495 back to its original roadname and number, Northern Pacific 3617. Once the cosmetic work is done the locomotive will be shipped out for painting back to Gold and Black. The 7495 is not operational yet. It is missing its AR10 generator that CN removed before donation. Anyone have a spare?

Remarks: Locomotive is now owned by the Missabe Railroad Historical Society. In the past few weeks the maroon paint job has been buffed to a shine and the underframe given a fresh coat of black. All work has been performed by volunteers from the MRHS and LSRM.
