Remarks: An example of two Cockerill-built locos preserved on the CFV3V. On the left, class 51 #5120 in green livery with 6086 on the right in the later yellow colours.
Remarks: D1015 pauses at Aviemore on the long trek back south to Birmingham. The piper was waiting for another train, but was persuaded to serenade this unusual sight of a former Western Region locomotive in deepest Scotland.
Remarks: The latest addition to the Leighton Buzzard Railway's extensive locomotive collection is this 4-6-0T built by Baldwin Locomotive Works, Philadelphia, USA (Works No. 44656). It was built for use in France during WW1 so had a starring role in the Railway's "Narrow Gauge at War" event last week.
