A lovely fall day as 734 arrives at the Frostburg Depot with a load of passengers ready to enjoy that day!

WMSR 734 works nicely thru the Narrows, steam coming from what I've been told is a reproduction whistle as used on the Western Maryland's Potomacs.

The unmistakable face of a GP30 is here represented by WMSR 501. In a few, the 501 will be assisting WMSR 734 up the hill to Frostburg with a seasonal heavy load of passenger cars.

The old lady shows off with a beautiful plume of fossil fuel waste against a blue sky. Sometimes she seems to have a penchant for showing off for the folks.

This is one of the steeper grades on the WMSR, up out of Woodcock Hollow, and the Geeps are giving it everything, shoving all out on this extra long train while a trailwalker watches.

WMSR's GP30's look good tail to tail shoving on an extra long excursion train. They will really be working hard on some of the steeper grades ahead.

WMSR 734 works uphill with the first run to Frostburg of the 2011 season. Great to hear her talkin' and working hard after the winter layoff.
