A westbound UP manifest with a renumbered SD9043MAC leading pauses in Truckee while the crew grabs a quick snack before continuing west over Donner Pass.

The Roper exits the big hole at Norden and begins the down hill decent to Roseville.

A re-numbered SD9043MAC leads the MRORV through Verdi, Nevada as it passes under one of the old SP signal bridges still in service on the Roseville Sub.
