21Q struggling up the slope west past Derry as the fog starts to lift, only a few minutes later after the sun rises higher the fog returns.

Caught NS 21Q sneaking by the other side of NS 21Z.
Helper NS 3372 is in notch 8 pushing 21Q up the grade past the still active Ex-Pennsy Alto Tower. Alto is still maned 24 hours a day and controls helper movements over Horse Shoe Curve.
