Recently reopened West Mountain Rd Bridge provided me this nice vantage point of the SU99 heading northbound past Lake Grinnell.
WS-3 is overtaken by a fast moving CSX Q418 on the adjacent River Sub. The tunnel motor is assigned to a local and looks odd running long hood forward.
