NS 5086 and 5200 (both HH GP38-2s) sit on the rail train in South Plainfield. Over the past week they had dropped brand new rail between CP-Potter and Bound Brook for the double track project.
They were dropping CWR along the single track. I was told by an employee it is for the double track project.
