Although this E8 looks great in FEC paint, it never actually worked for the railroad. Built in 1952 for the PRR.

Gold Coast hosted "Experience The E-Units" this day, a rare opportunity to see 1594 moving. This locomotive never appeared on FEC's roster, but is quite handsome: Ex-MBTA 5794/CR 4254/PRR 5794.
